Meatballs are not just Italian. In fact, many cultures have their own form of traditional meatballs in various delicious recipes, and Mexico is no exception. I love these yummy, easy-to-make Mexican-style meatballs with a tomato chipotle sauce. These meatballs are a common homestyle dish in Mexico. Some people make it without the chipotle, but I like the extra zing and flavor that it provides, so I wanted to share it with you 😉 I hope you and your family enjoy this tasty, filling, nice cheap and easy recipe as much as I do!

Enjoy with Mexican white rice, it's my favorite way to accompany this dish. and Garnish with a little cilantro.
Recipe Notes
- Make sure you leave the peel on the garlic while roasting it to prevent it from burning. Burned garlic is not very pleasant to taste. After you roast it and get a nice color on the peel, take it off before transferring to blender.
