Aren’t these cute? And they are also super delicious. These jalapeños are so easy to make. When you bite into them, the bacon is crunchy and then you get the soft jalapeño with a little bit of cream cheese. Delicious!
I had been craving them for a long, long time and finally decided to make them for my hubby and me. You can make them outside on the grill but if you don’t have one (like me) you can still make them in your oven.
The first thing you should do is cut the top and take off all of the seeds and veins so the peppers won’t be too hot. If you like them a little bit spicy then you can leave some of the veins.
After all the peppers are ready, fill them with a little bit of cream cheese then put the top back on the pepper and wrap them with the bacon.
Bake them for about 30 or 40 minutes depending on your oven to 400F degrees. When the bottom side is crisp, broil them for about 3 minutes to give them an extra crunch on the top.
And that’s it!
INGREDIENTS:
Jalapeño peppers (as many as you want) I make about 2 or 3 per person
Cream Cheese
Bacon
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400F degrees
Cut the top off the peppers and remove seeds and veins.
Fill them with a little bit of cream cheese and put the top back. Wrap them with bacon (you can cut the bacon in half if you prefer).
Place them in a baking dish.
Bake them for 30 or 40 mins or until the bottom is crisp. Then broil them for 3 more minutes until the top is crisp.
